The Touchstone Awards, created and administered by The Haiku Foundation, reward excellence in three categories: books published in a calendar year; individual haiku published in a calendar year; individual haibun published in a calendar year. Evaluation is conducted by a jury of peers, with results announced annually on April 17, International Haiku Poetry Day.
