The Haiku Foundation welcomes you to Haikupedia!

This month, Haikupedia editors unveil an assortment of biographies and contest articles. You’ll find new long bios about American poet Loke Hilikimani (pen name of Rose Hirshman) and Romanian-American writer Stefan Theodoru. Peruse the short bios of Australian haiku poet Robbie Coburn, and American haijin Frank Hooven, Michele Root-Bernstein, and Evan Vandermeer. Awaiting your reading time are competition articles on the Loke Hilikimani Haiku Contest (1987-1992), HSA Gerald Brady Senryu Award (1988- ), and the P.F.C. Gerald Brady Memorial Haiku Contest (1970), as well as the Bulgarian Maya Lyubenova International Haiku Contest (2020- ). The article on the Canadian-based Betty Drevniok Award (1998- ) has been updated with the 2025 results.
