As someone who used to suffer from cystic acne I am very much aware how confidence bruising bad skin can be and how much it can affect your life. Thankfully, having spent many years researching and trying to understand the root cause of acne, I have been acne free for the past 6 years. Im writing this article to give you an overview of what worked for me in the hope that youll have a better chance of clearing any skin conditions that you have too.

Unfortunately I have lost quite a lot of confidence in the vast majority of dermatologists out there. For a number of years I was prescribed treatments that simply didnt do anything to resolve my acne. Thanks to my research, I now understand why these treatments were useless and how they didnt attack the core of the problem but were rather just an attempt to alleviate the symptoms. Its the same with anything – if you dont deal with the problem directly, it doesnt just disappear.

Heres What I Learnt and What Worked for Me

The actual cause of acne is all down to toxicity levels in your body. Toxins exist in all of us but the liver, kidneys and bowels are always working to filter these toxins out of our body because they are not good for us.

When everything is working how it is supposed to the organs in the body can filter out all of the toxins leaving the body in a healthy state. However, when the toxicity levels get too high or organ function within the body is hampered for whatever reason then the body needs to find an alternative way of getting rid of the toxins. It must get rid of the toxic waste because otherwise they are harmful.

To remove the toxins your body then tries to excrete it through the skin wrapped in sebum (oil). It is this oil that clogs the pores in your skin and allows the growth of acne causing bacteria.

This is why treatments such as Benzoyl Peroxide and other topical treatments are not fighting acne from the root. They attack the problem too late in the cycle. It seemed to make much more sense to me to get the toxicity levels down to more manageable levels so that toxins dont need to be excreted through the skin.

So I started to study what caused toxins and how we can reduce our intake. I also began to look at how to increase organ function so that our liver, kidneys and bowels could get better at removing the toxins.

I found that toxins were caused by a number of things, but only a few were likely to be problematic. Firstly, the diet – no matter what anyone says about the relationship between diet and acne, they are related. Secondly, conditions such as Candida and other kinds of yeast infection – these commonly cause skin problems in unsuspecting sufferers. Lastly, hormone levels – these are commonly unbalanced which can be toxic to your body.

I started to understand what foods I should be avoiding, what superfoods that help clear toxic residue, how to check if I had Candida and what I needed to do to balance my hormones. Within just a few weeks I noticed an incredible improvement in my skin. It wasnt clear by any stretch of the imagination, but the improvement was very noticeable.

My next step was to try and increase the toxin filtering capacity of my kidneys, liver and bowels. This primarily involved doing some kind of cleanse to remove stagnant bile and unwanted waste that could be hampering their functioning. What an incredible effect this had. Even after just a couple of days of doing a liver cleanse my skin showed incredible improvement and my general well-being had increased many times over.

Within 6 weeks of starting the program all my cysts were gone and my acne had reduced from severe to mild. I was over the moon with the results. Another 4 weeks later and my acne was completely cured – hardly a spot on my entire body. I then had to consider how to remove the few scars that I had, but thats another story.

In Summary

The dermatologists had prescribed me all sorts of treatments: Benzoyl Peroxide, Erythromycin, Oxytetracycline right the way through to Roaccutane but nothing cured my condition. Even the Roaccutane had negligible effects on my skin. I managed to clear my skin by:-

- Learning what foods to eat and what to avoid
- Checking for signs of yeast infection and other bowel problems
- Understanding how to balance my hormones
- Cleansing the organs that filter out toxic residue

The four steps sound easy in theory, but in practice takes a bit of work. I assure you that it is definitely worth the trouble, and sitting here having had clear skin for the past 6 years I can truly say that it has changed my life.

pIm hoping that my advice here will serve as some kind of lightbulb moment that spurs you into taking action. I used the step-by-step guide called a target=_new href=http://www.i-reviewsonline.com/content/face-acne-body-acne rel=nofollowacne no more/a to look at each of the four components to the natural acne cure that I discussed above and, as I mentioned, within 10 weeks I had clear skin. I spent a further 8 weeks removing my scars (cystic acne generally leaves quite noticeable scars – it certainly did for me) using this a target=_new href=http://www.i-reviewsonline.com/content/scar-removal rel=nofollownatural scar removal/a program to fairly good effect. I still had some scars remaining but they had improved by about 60%./pbr

Acne Rosacea natural treatment has steadily gained prominence over harsh chemical treatments because of several reasons. First of all, the medical treatments of Rosacea are different for different people; therefore it is difficult to find the correct treatment without trial and error. A lot of people are misdiagnosed in the effort to find the right treatment. The symptoms of Rosacea are similar to acne so often treatments for acne are administered on Rosacea patients. This often leads to counter problems as the effect of treatments for decreasing acne lead to an increase of Rosacea on the patients. So a lot of people go for Acne Rosacea natural treatment which is easy to administer and side effect free. Ginger, lavender, tea tree and fever few are all good for the treatment of Acne Rosacea. They have very few side effects. You can also use herbs like chamomile, green tea and oat meal. These have excellent anti inflammatory properties. They help in the heat release of the skin and by so doing, allow it to heal. They also soothe the skin. One of the main herbs used in Acne Rosacea natural treatment is Licorice. This herb reduces the infection, soothes the irritation and reduces the redness of the skin. It also helps to relieve the itchiness of the red patches. It also helps in mucous secretion. Licorice in fact helps to stimulate the adrenal glands into action thus leading to an active body defense system. This helps the body naturally to coupe with Rosacea. You can also use oat meal face washes to reduce the itching and ginger for its anti-inflammatory properties. These natural treatments also help to reduce the redness of the skin. Cystic acne is probably the most painful type of acne you could have. It is very damaging to the skin and is very difficult to to remove. Some sufferers spend many years searching for the best cystic acne cures, just to be disappointed time after time. The difficulties you have with trying to find a cure for cystic acne is that it is so hard to pinpoint the root cause of the problem, which is why most treatments don’t work.

If you were to see your doctor, the first thing they would do is put you on a course of antibiotics for a month or two. The major problem with using antibiotics to cure your cystic acne for such a long period of time would be that your body would soon become immune to the antibiotics, which would become problematic later on in life.

On the other hand, If you were to get advice from a dermatologist, their course of action would usually be very different. They would probably treat the skin with blue light, micro dermabrasions and a good old fashion skin peel.

Some other cystic acne cures involve egg white or a tomato paste smeared on the face to open pores and clear the skin. Some people use toothpaste to dab directly onto the spot so it will shrink over night. Depending on your skin and the root cause, these remedies may or may not work.

These days people are taking a more natural approach to cystic acne cures, which simply involves washing the face twice a day to remove dirt, oily residue and dead skin cells that blog the pores. Herbal supplements are being used too, these help flush and balance your system. Many people find that these simple treatments work just as well as prescribed medications.

There are many cystic acne cures available on the market, but for me the best way to overcome this problem would be to eat healthily. A good balanced diet of fresh fruit and vegetables, especially foods high in antioxidants. Using this method does take time so you will have to be a little patient.

Acne is a skin condition that is far too common amongst men and women. With the proper treatment or natural remedy, you too can start living a confident and satisfying lifestyle again. Click Here to learn more.
