Body acne can be one of the most stubborn forms of acne to get rid of. I had SEVERE body acne for over 10 years and the only thing that TEMPORARILY cured it was Accutane. Guess what? It came back worse than before after I stopped taking Accutane.
Unfortunately topical creams do absolutely nothing for body acne since it’s so deep and stubborn. I finally realized that something internal had to be wrong because my friends and family didn’t have body acne past high school but I still did.
What I found was that changing my diet and eliminating certain foods, combined with an exercise regime and mild supplementation completely cured my body acne. It’s the only thing that has ever worked full time, and it’s all natural. This is the way to go.
Stop eating any foods that promote inflammation NOW. You are doing your body more harm than you even realize. Foods that quickly raise or lower your insulin levels must go too. This is imperative if you want clear skin and a healthy body.
Start getting SOME form of exercise every day. If you can’t go every day, go as often as possible, for at least 30 minutes each time. This is not difficult once you start doing it and it becomes a habit. Playing basketball is my favorite and it’s great for improving circulation and regulating hormones.
